Products
Our company introduces the United States quench bath technology. The main raw material is imported from America. It has the characteristics like:
1, Easy soluble in water. It can form any concentration quench bath with water.
2, PAG water solution is a hardening media with inverse solubility.
3, The allowable using concentration range of this medium is wide. The cold speed measurement of this product must be tested every week, thus to adjust the coefficient and reach the goal of control concentration. Since the concentration is controlable, it is the best choice of quenching oil.
4, PAG has the characteristics like: stable chemical property, long using life, no burning, no fire and no smoke. Besides, it is environmental protection.
5, Strong cooling capacity. It can improve labor productivity of more than 30%. It can save raw material price difference 300-500 Yuan RMB/ T.
6, Through fine management, the medium consumption quota is lower to 2kg/T. The cost saving is 15-30 Yuan RMB/T.
7, To the new production manufacturers, it can be lower to 50% one time.
